Could only play the intro on how to sit and not the rest on my MacBook Pro laptop. Kept getting a Not Permitted. On my TV's DVD Player, only the audio came thru not the video. Left a msg on Ashley Turner's website saying what happened. Problem is that I bought this last month, tossed the receipt not thinking I'll have difficulties. Will take it back to Best Buy, check if the purchase is in the system to try & get a refund. Very disappointed!

Great quick yoga sessions. Do 1 everyday or choose any combo for a longer workout.

It's broken down into different segments or you can do them all for a longer routine. DVD allows you to pick with routines and the order of the workouts. It's not too difficult, yet there are more challenging modifications for the more advanced yogi.

This was one of the first Yoga DVD's I purchased. I will stay with the beginner Yoga DVD's for a bit before I try this one again. More for a moderately experienced Yoga exerciser! Love the stretch and relaxation that Yoga offers

Bought this for my girlfriend since she wanted it. It appears to be a simple starting video and she was very happy with it. It has a nice variety to it so she doesn't get bored.

it is good, but I'm not. Have not had time to give it a real effort. Bought as part of my New year' resolution.

What is neat about this program is you set up the order in which you would like to play the five programs. That way each day is different

I absolutely love this DVD. I am satisfied that I can put in this DVD and do my Yoga in the mornings before going to work.

I'm a big fan of Ashley Turner's other Elements DVDs, and this one does not disappoint. Each of the five routines offers significantly different poses and focal points, and each clock in at fifteen minutes (plus a brief opening and a closing sequence). It's a perfect addition to any yoga practitioner's library.

This was my first yoga video and it delivered everything I had hoped for. Hard for me at first, but instruction was great.

I bought this video because it has different difficulty levels to choose from. I like the variety that it offers so that I don't get bored with the routine. It has been an awesome experience and I would highly recommend this video.

My wife uses this. Not an expert at yoga by any means, but she's has gotten better thanks to this DVD
