The DVD was easy for beginners to learn the complicated moves of Yoga. It also show a good variety of all the moves taught in yoga classes.

One week after I purchased this DVD I found the same one with an additional DVD sold as a combo pack for the same price at Costco .

Excellent yoga DVD. Challenging, but not too much. Filmed outdoors with beautiful scenery. Definitely worth the money.
