The day I was scheduled for Email setup and troubleshooting was immediately following a significant snow storm. Travis was diligent in keeping me informed about his schedule and potential arrival time. He arrived as predicted. He was respectful of me and of my home. He was knowledgeable and verbally kept me informed about what he was doing and the reasons for it. Often, some of the steps he took were to make operations more user friendly for me. He accomplished a lot in a very efficient manner.

Raymond from Geek squad was exceptional with servicing my laptops to setup Parental control for my teenager, providing excellent tips for my laptop and showing me how to navigate my system faster and easier and updating my software. I highly recommend Raymond from Best Buy in the Bay Parkway location. In general, The Geek Squad has a higher level of expertise. Also, very savvy and knowledgeable with software.

The geek who came did what needed to by done quickly and efficiently. But because when the old computer info was copied to new computer my address book was left out and there were no pictures in my picture files. My grandson who is a software engineer was finally able to figure out what was wrong. But I still don’t have an address book and will need to go into the store to have them download from hard drive to a thumb drive. Going from old computer to new has been a difficult experience.

The Geek Squad Agent performed troubleshooting on my I-Mac and HP Printer with respect to several issues. The Agent, Sean Peterson, was most efficient and very professional making sure that he addressed all issues that I brought to his attention. I was more than satisfied and I would highly recommend Mr. Peterson and the Geek Squad.

Most of the time these guys do a great job. Of course, they can only be as good as the product that you have purchased. That said, I consider Geek Squad my essential IT support system. My most recent use, installing a second monitor on my iMac. Yes, I could have done it myself. In fact, I had. However, that monitor had a problem, a short circuit. So, for the replacement I went with installation. Suffice it to say that the Geek who installed it for me was much faster than I could be and no problems.

I am so happy this option for in home help is available. I needed someone to come view the configuration on my home computer to finish configuring my email and other items on my new laptop. The tech support I had was quick, accurate and so helpful. He was able to handle the situation easily. Very knowledgeable.

During an in-home visit, Geek Squad Agent Cason very quickly got my new laptop wifi, email, MS 365, and cloud backup running perfectly. Also, improved performance & systems on my desktop and my other laptop. Took time to explain what he was doing and educating me. A difficult problem affected my Outlook 365 mail. After working on Outlook in the store, the agent recommended an in-depth Geek Squad visit at my home to provide in-depth solutions. It was extensive because the problem was unusual - Outlook kept trying to send non-existent message, It was resolved. Excellent service, commitment, and thoroughness. As always, I recommend Geek Squad.
