This charger lets me adjust output to match my breaker size and lets me set timers for charging and a slider for max charge speed. It even connects to the emporia vue (separate kit to monitor whole house power use) to see when my house is close to the 100amp max input and will delay car charge to prevent overloading the home panel. This particular charger also nets me a $50 annual credit with my power company if I allow them to control it and delay charging in high demand times with their prior notification. Think twice when choosing brands and pick something well established - other brands have closed up and because of that shut off all their internet connected features.

Easy to follow installation instructions and easy to setup with app. No issues encountered so far. It does what it is supposed to do and charges the car. I'm able to adjust the charging current in the app.

The charger works great. It was sropping the charger every 5 minutes but after connecting it to wifi ir downloaded an update and stopped doing that.

First of all. Too late for this lower price. I have now some experience with this charger. We have used level two chargers at my house, 9 years now. The one we used the longest and the cheapest (two different chargers), provided two thirds of the power we get from this one. This charger has several extra capabilities that we have no use for. Noticing how much power comes from that fast charger at the gas station, this charger only gives us a small amount less. This is the one you want to buy if you’re sharing. This is the one you want to buy if your commute is long. I’m hardwired on a 60 amp 240 breaker. My device is on the outside wall directly behind my panel. Right by our main service connection. We have 200amps there in the garage and 200amps in the house.

Have had this for a year now. Has performed flawlessly. Love the ability to connect to it wirelessly and change settings remotely. I have 3 EV’s and it charges all of them quickly and without issues.

The Emporia ev charger I received had missing parts and loose wires inside apparently it was not inspected before being shipped I worked on it so it works properly now sorry for the report but that’s the way I received it.
