A: It only says it is compatible with Mac and PC, not with iPhone. Also, iPhones have data privacy and trust settings/configurations that may make transfers not possible.

Q: compatable for a lenovo Q150?
A: Not sure about the Lenovo, but I did have to purchase a card reader to use on my HP laptop that doesn't have a reader built in.
