A: Because the voltage required by the laptop is larger (usually requires above 45W), our power bank's maximum output is only (20~30W), so it does not meet the laptop's requirements.
Q: Does the charger come “charged” or does this need to be done at home after purchase?
A: Both of mine had 80% charge when i got them.
Q: Is this TSA approved to carry on a plane?
A: I didn't have any problem carrying it on the plane going through Dulles on Iceland Air or coming back through Glasgow Scotland.
