Questions & Answers
Does this case support wireless charging? I am having trouble getting it to charge on my vehicles wireless charging pad.
Answered by Entronix teamGreat question, thank you for asking! This case is magnetic for use with magnetic car mounts, but it's not MagSafe wireless charging compatible. As for wireless charging in general, some ring/stand style cases (like this one) can have a raised design or metal ring component that may interfere with proper alignment or contact on a wireless charging pad. If you're having trouble charging on your vehicle's pad, we'd recommend removing the case to test, or using a wired cable for a more reliable connection in the meantime. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to our support team. 😊
