Printer worked good. I loved it until it gave me a software issue and stopped working. The good thing is that I only had this printer for 2weeks. Called HP and they sent me a replacement. They had said it would take 6 to 8 days for the replacement to arrive. I got it the next day. I was surprised.

It was a good buy with the 6 month Instant ink it was a steal, easy to set-up, prints are very good. I would definitely reccomend this printer.

Easy to use. Had no issue setting up to wifi network. Had a little trouble printing photos on different size paper, instructions are vague.

There are so many printer machine that I use but this one is the best, My Son love it, he use all the time, easy access with his assignments & projects, also to my wife, she love it very much because it is very easy to upload by use of phone & access her Son Projects, for me I am very much comfortable for everything that machine has, high tech & convenient ❤️

Very difficult to set up with the instant ink program. It took the HP support line over an hour on the phone to get this printer working. Two weeks later I went to print and the HP account had to be redone. Next time I went to print, same thing. By this time the product is not returnable. I am stuck with this product, out the money and still need a printer. In addition you don't want another party in charge of your ink.
