Very light. My last HP Envy notebook took a while to load up and to turn off. This new HP Envy X 360 loads up really fast. I think its the Solid State Drive. I would rather it be at least 1 TB instead of 256 GB but I know this new SSD technology is expensive. No matter. I use a portable 4TB hard drive and it all works fine. BTW it took me a while to figure out where the finger print scanner was...lol. For anybody that hasn't found it yet, it's on the right side just above the volume button. Another thing, this laptop has way better volume than my last HP Envy.

The HP ENVY x360 Convertible 2-in-1 Laptop with the Intel Core i7 is state of the art. Vestal and extremely fast. The 2 in 1 tablet feature allow me to not only do all the artwork with ease but it's so cool when I'm with my 2 year daughter and we just want to sit and watch her favorite movies. Thanks HA and thanks Best Buy!

I had an Envy before and wanted a new one because of the slow boot up and wait times. I read lots of reviews and determined it was ultimately the standard hard drive that slows boot up and boot down times. I choose this over the Dell because I wanted SSD and side number pad and would have had to go much bigger on Dell to get that. Love this one and it boots up/down quickly and can use all my programs at once with out problem. One down side is on system storage. If you store a lot of pics or videos on pc you will probably want bigger hard drive. I use mostly cloud storage so this is perfect and fast!

As a video producer, I needed a laptop that could handle all of my video, audio, and special effects rendering without glitching or slow render time. The Envy x360 does and more! No glitches or excessive render time. This laptop has treated me well so far! Start up is very quick, the screen is amazing, and this thing is fast! The only downside so far is its limited hard drive space, but that's easily fixed with an external SSD drive.

This Hp Envy is a super speed 2n1 laptop. Platinum in color. Touch screen with full Windows Ink capability. Not too heavy either. It has 2 USB ports USB-C port HDMI port Micro-USB slot headphone port as well. The only drawback is the silly power brick cord with the L shaped power nib. USB C cord should be on this Envy.

I definitely enjoy this laptop! It’s a great upgrade from what I owned, previously. The touchscreen is amazing; speakers are great; and the speed is wonderful! I’m using the Microsoft Surface Pen (model 1776) with it and it works really well. A bit more storage would have been nice, but overall, it’s a great laptop!

We were provided clear and concise information before and during the sale. So we felt we knew what we were buying. The size and weight were right for us. We have had no problems with the laptop so far....we’ll pleased.

Trouble doing online classes. The screen freezes and then the only way is to shut it off and it doesn't save the work I have done. I called once which made it better but I'm logging the times to call back.

If you need to have a secure SSD and this computer is for you. Great. I have know idea who can function with only 256 GB of SSD hard drive. You basically have to consistently walk around with your external hard drive hooked up the the laptop at every single moment. Severe buyers remorse! And bad suggestion from salesperson!!!

Got this for my wife on BF. For that price it is outstanding. Going back and forth from laptop to tablet is easy and glitch free. Love the full size keyboard. Still pretty light, yet pack a lot of power. I replaced the HD with a 1TB NVME model immediately that I got on BF deal elsewhere. That's my only complaint is small HD to start, but for the price, understandable. Now I want to replace my old 17" 10 pound monster of a laptop with one of these.

I recently purchased this after having issues with my existing lower-end laptop. It was having some sort of drive issue (drive usage would constantly be at 100% with RAM and CPU usage being low.) Dealing with it was debilitating to say the least, as if you're hard drive is constantly writing while you're CPU/RAM is free, even the simplest of tasks can feel monotonous. One night, I started having issues even updating a resume with Word. I got up, went to my local Best Buy to scope out my options. This laptop ticks just about every box I have for a laptop: A touchscreen with no gap between the glass, backlit keyboard, 10-key number pad, sleek metal shell, and even a few more plusses like USB Type-C and fingerprint reader. It having an NVMe SSD and a 4.0Ghz i7 made it an even more obvious choice. This machine is quite speedy. I haven't had a reason to really push it's write speed capabilities, but my system is up and ready to go in under 20 seconds. I've yet to encounter a single performance hiccup either. The fingerprint is also very responsive, though admittedly it is in a tricky position. That brings me to my nit-picks: Nothing totally detrimental honestly. I do feel that for the price, the screen could be a bit brighter with better colors. The 1080p screen redeems it though; test is noticeably more rounded and less jagged compared to the standard laptop resolution. I'm also not a huge fan of the trackpad; It's responsiveness can be quite inconsistent, and I wish the clicking tension was even across the top and bottom. I do wish there was at least one USB SS+ port as well; I don't see a reason for it to be omitted from a $1,000 laptop. That being said, I'm overall very satisfied with my purchase. If you need a laptop with beefy specs and plenty of convenience features at a reasonable price, you likely will love this device!
