Really like this printer. It’s compact and lightweight, and really like the white color instead of the usual boring black. Setup was a breeze using the app on my iPhone. Took about 20 minutes, including filling the ink tanks and initializing them. I didn’t even have to enter my WiFi password. Print quality is fine for my needs, since I rarely print photos. The gigantic ink supply is the best thing. I got so sick of having to buy ink every time I had more than a few pages to print. The ink cost for my old printer was nearly the cost of the printer itself, and it came with ink when I bought it. Go figure! The only con for me so far is that I haven’t been able to scan a document from the printer dashboard itself to my iPhone or iPad unless I use the app from my device. The only option there is to scan to a USB connected computer or laptop, which I no longer own. I did learn one tip on YouTube for dull colors or lines through the copies. You have to make sure that the paper type you select on the printer is identical to the paper type selected on your computer or device. It definitely made a difference for me; the colors were definitely more vibrant. Also, I did purchase 2 reams of Epson Bright White Pro paper. It’s great - a tad heavier than other copy paper. I think it’s worth the couple of extra dollars over the regular copy paper. Only time will tell if the longevity of the printer justifies the higher cost. I like that you get a two-year warranty with online registration. Right now, I think this was definitely a worthwhile purchase.

[Employee of bestbuy] I’m in love! With this printer! For the longest time, I thought that if you wanted a printer that didn’t need a new $50 cartridge every 70 pages, you’d have to buy a laser printer. Boy was I wrong! This epson printer just keeps printing and printing! I print about 30 pages a week, and after a month the printer ink is still full! I love the windows into the ink tank, it’s such a good idea. I always wondered if my old printer still had ink in the cartridge and was just lying to me - this printer I will know for sure. I also love that it has a scanner built in. This model doesn’t have the ADF, which I’m fine with. I only scan a couple of things a month, and this printer is more than adequate for scanning. Better than that, the scans are high resolution and crystal clear. Much better than scanning documents with my iPhone. I also love the form factor of this printer. It’s so little and cute! It fits well on my shelf, and it’s lightweight in case I want to move it anywhere else. It’s been an amazing printer, and I hope it lasts me many years. And in case it doesn’t, I also got the protection plan with it ;)

This was very easy to set up. It to roughly ten minutes to initialize the ink system which in my opinion isn't unreasonable. Easy to switch from media sources, easy picture sheet arrangements, takes up very little space, and prints great quality pictures. Great price for the quality of product, I caught it on sale which was a double bonus!

Loving this printer! I have had no issues with it as of yet and I feel positive that it will stay that way. Quick and painless printer… from your phone too! Isn’t that what we all want!? Well, that’s what I wanted at least and I got it. Plus, no more cartridges, I think it’s awesome that it is actual ink you pour into the little tanks. I just started homeschooling our 2 year old and needed to print out LOTS of bright colorful schooling pages and this printer didn’t even miss a beat.

I’ve been using the Epson EcoTank Printer for a while now, and overall I’m very satisfied. The ink tank system is a game-changer — high‑capacity ink reservoirs last a long time and save a lot of money compared to traditional cartridges. Print quality is solid for documents and photos, and setup was surprisingly easy using the Epson Smart Panel. I also like that it has built-in wireless printing, which works smoothly on phones and laptops. The only downside I noticed is that printing can be a bit slower than some laser printers, but for everyday home or office use it’s completely fine. If you're looking for an affordable printer with low running costs, reliable performance, and excellent ink efficiency, the Epson EcoTank is absolutely worth it. Great value, less waste, and fewer refills — highly recommended!

I have had this Epson ET-2850 all in one printer in use for about a week. I had trouble trying to set it up through the app. It got stuck on priming the ink, and wouldn't continue set up, though the ink tanks were simple to fill. I waited an hour, then shut it down. The next day, I started over manually and set it right up with no trouble. It prints, scans, copies beautifully, all wirelessly from 2 different computers with no problem. I printed a greeting card with beautiful color, flawlessly. Haven't tried a photo yet. I would have given it 5 stars if the app would have worked to set it up easily. Glad I purchased this printer and definitely recommend.

Really great ink capacity! This printer is exactly what I needed. Simple, straightforward and most importantly, high capacity ink tanks. I had been using my brothers HP printer, and I needed to print about 100 color sheets on it. Before I used up all his ink, I told him I would buy a fresh cartridge so that I wouldn’t waste all of his ink. When I got to Staples that ink cartridge would have cost me about $115. I was about to buy it, but then saw a special offer on this Epson Eco Tank 2850 printer for only $219. I decided to ask a little about the printer, and the Staples employee who helped me said it easily prints at least 2,000-3,000 color pages before I would need to buy ink refills. I was SOLD! And I am definitely happy with my decision. I know it’s not the best Epson printer for professional photo quality prints, but as far as everyday work and office needs, this printer definitely does the job.

The Best Printer-I have ever used. Previously I used HP which required constant purchasing HP ink… incredibly expensive. After purchasing several items at the Lake Charles Best Buy store with the best customer service members & the most knowledgeable staff the only store I use for electronics- it was time for a printer that was not as costly to maintain as the HP. The staff member took me to each printer patiently explaining the benefits of each. Helping me to understand the benefits of the Epson. Which was initially more expensive than the Hp after the extremely knowledgeable associate explained everything to me, effectively the printer would pay for itself, which was wouldn’t need to purchase ink cartridges continuously. Upon completion of the project I was extremely impressed with the quality of the printing process.

Set up was a breeze compared to my last printer. I have a Mac and was worried I was not going to be able to set up without the disk but it went better than expected. Crisp clear colors. Nice printing. I can print from Android via app or any computer connected to the same Wifi. I am so excited to have this printer. I recommend to everyone.

Very simple to use and lightweight, about 12 pounds. Set up was super easy, and the ink reservoirs fill up in less than 90 seconds each. No more messing with cartridges and figuring out how to recycle them. There's enough ink in the bottles to top off the levels after initial set up. The only problem I'm having is connecting to my Wifi, but I was still able to print wirelessly from my laptop. It would be nice if it had a USB port like the similarly priced model that was on display, but it's not a deal breaker.

I am trying this ink jet printer as I was continually buying replacement ink cartridges. So far I have been very happy with the quality and features on this printer. Very clear printing , have not had paper jams, and is easy to use.

Love the small profile. Much more compact than my previous printer. Prints great and very easy to fill ink and see when the ink is full. Hopefully the ink will be less expensive than the old cartridges.

Amazing printer. Had to rush to print a heavy project and it got the job done with excellent color and super easy setup. Love the refillable design of the tanks.

I love it! The ink lasts. Doesn’t take up space, and it’s quiet. It’s sleek.

So far so good I like the size and convenience the ink bottles rather than cartridges. Hope that last longer . This printer isn't fast but does a good job

It is a good printer. The color is not as vibrant as the picture shown to me on the computer though. Sure, if there's a setting I can change. The ink last a long time. I have printed so many things with so many colors and I still have like 80% ink if I had to guess. I love the automatic double-sided printing. However, the printing is very slow. Overall it gets the job done and it has been a convenience.

STOP USING INK CARTRIDGE PRINTERS! I recently bought this tank printer because the ads say you'll get over 6,000 sheets per refill of all 4 tanks. All 4 refills cost the same as 1 black cartridge! Boy have I been wasting money, printing flyers in black only, being conservative with photos and bold type! Now I'm printing in full color with bold type and larger photos. Even prints each sheet 2 sides, if selected. Card stock, not a problem. Switch to print photos? Load a stack of 4x6 photo paper and print from anyplace using the ap. Come home and there's a stack of photos waiting! They even print borderless. Tank levels shown in photo... Oh yeah, it shows total count too 850 in color and 12 black only. Photo color is very good! Flyers color not exact, but doesn't matter. Prints a little slow in color, when printing 100... but not a problem. People complain about the extra tiny screen size, theyre right! Get some reading classes. Money I save exceeds the drawbacks. I love it!

Excellent printer! Does everything I need. It even prints on both sides. The color quality is really good as well and I have printed a lot of full color pages for my sticker shop since I got it and still the ink looks the same level.
