I was pleased to find Epson's reputable quality products are still the best, and this at a great price! The scanner (and software interface) is easy to use, fast, and the high optical resolution (4800, higher software enhancement options), color imaging is outstanding. No "All in One" can match it, especially when you need maximum quality, faithful reproduction of old family photos.

I was looking for something small enough to travel with on a plane, because I was flying from Idaho to Pennsylvania. I needed it to scan old pictures and documents that my Grandpa had at his house. It worked perfectly, better than I expected!

This scanner set right up on win 10. The software is easy to understand and it does great scans. We needed it because our mother went in the nursing home and we have to send a godzillion copies of a godzillion papers to a godzillion places. Way cheaper than driving to the copy place and paying for copies. Saves a lot of time too!

Takes amazing quality scans of photos and documents. Also, it is EXTREMELY light, comes with a built-in stand and doesn't need a separate power source (powers itself through USB). For less than $80, this is an amazing deal!

Purchased this scanner to upgrade my scanning ability from my all in one printer. Definitely an upgrade from the printer. Easy to set up, easy to use and very good quality picture scans.

I bought this item to be able to scan and make copies of receipts for my work and travel expenses. Works just the way I wanted it to, easy. Nice and slim so doesn't take up much room. Good choice.

Nothing fancy easy to use right out of the box. Resolution is fine. Just what I needed for the price

We've all been there...boxes of photos, scanning them in painfully slow one by one. Not any more place 3-4 on the scanner, open epson scan, scan in professional mode...and the pictures are auto named and individually saved within minutes. Great scanner!

Great Machine, This product works as described Great for scanning old photos for life time memories..Easy set up and no need to be a professional to get great quality considering the price and dimensions of this great unit. I hihgly recommed this item for first time users with no experience with a scanner.

Purchased this to replace a similar unit by Canon which went south. The Epson installed easily and I find the software to be more user friendly, The unit is priced right and works well

I love this thing. Ive had this for a few year now. Its an easy setup and gives options of how you want to scan. Also lets you Scan more than one item for 1 file. My favorite thing is there is NO power cord needed. Only needs Micro USB (can use 3rd party cable with no problem). I also like that I can throw this in my back pack and take it with me. Its not very heavy. I like easy and simple with options if needed.

Awesome in operation, setup, and in all aspects. Great item for those in need of an affordable sized scanner. No complaints whatsoever

Very simple scanner, works great. Slight inconvience, the supplied usb likes to slip out of the scanner. The software has an older L&F, but works just fine. I especially like being able to scan multiple pages into a single pdf.

The scanner produces excellent images for the cost of the product. The scanner is slow, but it serves my purposes of scanning and emailing personal photos and written documents extremely well.

My first scanner years back was an HP flatbed scanner which was simple to operate and was made obsolete by Windows 8. I then got a Xerox which worked for a while but was more complicated with more features. It finally died after a few years. I reviewed a lot of scanners for under $100 and everything pointed to the Epson and a Canon. I bought this and it was super easy to install using the CD/DVD? that came with it. Have been using it for about a month or so and love it. It's an overkill for what I need, but that's great just in case. Its scans a lot faster than my old Xerox especially in high-resolution mode and has a neat preview mode so one does not waste paper and more importantly ink. Excellent copies in all modes.

Love this scanner. Easy and simple to use, and scans beautifully. No bigger than my laptop so it doesn't take up much space. Perfect for everyday use.
