The bike was dropped off and they helped me make sure nothing was damaged before they left! I was able to easily follow instructions to put the bike together and have loved using it this year! When the price went down after I had purchased, they did an instant price match!

I love this bike! Used to go to the studios in NYC for years. I owned the pe..ton bike and this one is much sturdier… you need the equinox 40 dollars monthly membership tho… unless you just want to look to a monitor… the classes are fun and the music amazing…
