    Escali-Folding Digital Thermometer

    I have been very pleased with this thermometer. It is accurate and has saved me from over-cooking more than once. I even tested it's results from others I have and this one has proven to be very accurate. Every cook needs one if they do care if they over-cook or under-cook. Especially, when you spend alot of money on steaks!

    Depending on the temperature, it will normally respond within 4-5 seconds. This thermometer does not have a hold feature. If you are looking for a thermometer with a hold feature and a quicker response time, Escali recommends the Escali DHP3 Waterproof Digital Thermometer.
