Customer Ratings & Reviews

Picture is clear. Camera follows movement. If the movement is pretty fast the camera is slower to keep up but I’m ok with that. It’s normally cars passing down my road. The eufy app is pretty easy to navigate and watch video clips. Light is nice as well. The HomeBase is smaller than expected. Like the feature that it recognizes who someone is. Love the fact that there is no subscription required to save and view events. Been using Arlo for years but their subscription has gotten more expensive so I am trying to convert over to a different camera system. I have a couple other eufy solocam 360’s that came with 8gb internal local storage that last a while. I want to eventually connect them to the HomeBase but that doesn’t have much internal storage so I will need to buy a hard drive to be able to store more footage and to be able to record 24/7 if I want to. The only negative thing I feel is that the hard drive that fits the homebase is a 2.5 inch sata hard drive. Most common is the 3.5 inch size and the 2.5 is much more expensive.

I love this camera for my front porch, great quality videos and face recognition! Will 100% recommend

The Eufy Floodlight Cam is like a bouncer for your driveway — loud when it needs to be, sharp-eyed, and always on duty. Setup was smoother than expected, and once it was wired in, it lit up the whole area like a stadium. The dual floodlights are no joke — they’re motion-triggered, super bright, and make it crystal clear when someone’s on your property. Perfect for deterrence. The 2K video is clean and detailed, even at night. The camera picks up faces, plates, and movements without lag, and the app gives me instant notifications without false alarms from every passing moth. Two-way audio is loud and clear enough to say, “Can I help you?” — or “Move along.” Best part? Local storage and no subscription fees. I paid once, and I’m covered. No hidden costs, no cloud trap. Just solid security in a sleek, smart package. If you want a camera that means business and doesn’t gouge you monthly, this one’s a no-brainer.

I’m happy with Eufy, the Homebase is seamless paired with a SSD drive and the floodlight does constant recording with bright lights to keep those seasonal package thieves to look up for that mug shot. Support is very good and the quality of the products are 9/10 since nothing is perfect. BB has the best prices but my only complaint is they never give me that GF Card for these reviews! At least you know this review is now legit! Get Eufy over ring for sure if you like no subscriptions.

Camera is great with incredible picture quality, the home base is a little disappointing, it does not have a very good WiFi signal so you have to place the base close to the lights, so far I have had to purchase 3 home bases and scattered them around the house so they would connect to the exterior lights/ cameras. Once connected with a good signal strength they work great but it looks like they need to be no more than 15-20 feet from the exterior light/ camera

Awesome camera system, picture quality is great can pan and zoom all over my yard. Best part is with the home base there is no monthly fee for storage

I always want to have one of this in my front yard and I'm very glad to have. Nice video good wifi connection and the app is very friendly and helpful! + My base best buy ever!

Stay away from Eufy if you're looking for a reliable home security system. I purchased several Eufy cameras, including this Floodlight Camera E340 and HomeBase S380 combo, and I've experienced countless issues since installation. The worst problem is that my HomeBase stopped functioning properly after just a little over a month of use. Recorded events disappeared, and the system became essentially unusable. Eufy's customer support has been extremely disappointing. Most of the troubleshooting consists of repetitive instructions such as removing and re-adding cameras, rebooting the HomeBase, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I followed their instructions, uploaded the requested logs, screenshots, and other information, and my case was eventually escalated to their technical team. Nearly a week later, there has still been no meaningful update or resolution. For a security system that costs this much, this level of reliability and customer support is unacceptable. I regret investing in the Eufy ecosystem and would not recommend it. Horrible experience. Avoid at all costs.

Received product have not installed yet but have had eufy products before and had no isdues.
