    Awesome

    Wow, this thing is great! Once you get the hang of the app and where it should and should not go in you home this thing is great. Roller mop is the way to go. It recognizing carpet vs flooring which is cool. For $599 with the replacement parts. I almost went for the MOVE Z60 or L50 and happy with eufy

    I LOVE IT!

    I have a dog and wife that sheds a lot, and since getting this robot vacuum my house has felt so much cleaner. Not only does it have options for intensity of cleaning, but it also has the ability to clean on multiple schedules. It encourages me to keep dog toys and other random things picked up so it doesn't have to navigate around items. Overall my house has felt so much cleaner because of this Eufy Vacuum/mop! Cleaning the vacuum parts are easy and there are videos to walk you through the process! Just set it up and forget. It does the rest. I love it!

    Its good and bad lol

    The vacuum itself is great, does a good job cleaning/mopping. The base however needs alot of work. Its way to small and the mop area gets disgusting after it cleans the mop one time. Not only that but alot of the dirty water ends up leaking back on to the floor around the base. Again, the robots great. Its just the base that kinda sucks. (No pun intended) think im going to return it

  • I need to add the extended warranty how can I do that?

    To add an extended warranty for your eufy robot vacuum, follow these steps depending on where you purchased it: If you bought from Best Buy (Geek Squad Protection): Log into your Best Buy account. Go to Order History and locate your vacuum purchase. Click "Add Protection Plan" – you can do this within 15 days of the delivery date. Select the plan term (usually 2 or 3 years) and complete payment. Coverage starts automatically when the manufacturer's warranty ends. If you bought directly from eufy (Anker Store): Check your order confirmation email – eufy often includes a link to extend warranty registration. If not, contact eufy support (eufylife.com) and ask for an extended warranty option. Anker typically offers an additional 12-month extension by registering your purchase within a specific time (usually 30 days).

  • When ordering is the official replacement parts is that in a separate package? Or with the main parts? We ordered one and can’t locate those parts

    I contacted the seller, and they said the vacuum was shipped separately in a second box via FedEx. It’s expected to arrive today.
