This thing can clean. It works so well, keeps our floors clean and keeps us from tracking and spreading dirt, hair, dog on to other things. I love it and the fact that it self empties and cleans the mop heads is a plus. This isnt my firat rodeo when it come to automated vacuums, ive owned 4 before and each one has gotten better. Being this one the best ive owned. It maps well. My only con is it sometimes gets caught under the footboard of our bed. This is no longer a problem after setting a no-go boundary in that area. Also, this model is the quietest model ive owned. 5 stars easy!

Came used and works okay

The mops are a turn off because they just get wet and then spin around, including with dirty water and particles, not really cleaning the floor and likely scratching it. Not too happy about that part since the flooring is brand new. It also misses quite a bit. It’s neat but not that great.

They send you scuffed up and dirty product and while you think youre doing good by the environment because you dont mind it not being brand new? You might flush a few hundred bucks down the drain. There seems to be no sort of quality control for this.

Vacuum & mop as expected at a great price!

Almost feel stealing to have both mopping&vacuuming at this price. It’s working as expected and fit greatly in my apartment. Saves me a lot of time on floor cleaning, and I can use those time playing with my little cat.
