We reviewed many ice makers with online and 3rd party reviews and purchased this nugget ice maker in black to replace our previous one that was worn out. It in comparison is terrible. It is very loud so we have to turn it off to have a conversation in the kitchen or to have evening peace. It also constantly drips water into the ice bin so the ice is sitting in water. My husband has tried to tighten etc. to get the dripping to stop without success. . I do not recommend and would not purchse this brand again. Short return window and not enough time to get it set up, cleaned and trialed to return. A lot of money for a nuance.
