A: Never this is a lie.
A: Both 3090 ftw3 cards have the high watt bios available.
A: I believe you can ONLY buy these online. You cannot camp out at the stores because they do not sell them in the stores.
Q: How long are we talking on "coming soon"
A: anywhere from 6-12 months.
A: The issue is not with Best Buy. It's with NVIDA as they set the price. MSRP is great if you can actually buy one for that price. Instead of fluctuating the price of the card based on demand NVIDA just sets insanely low prices even though demand is insane. Sure enough this attracts scalpers who are looking to make a profit on the arbitrage opportunity. If NVIDA fluctuated the price based on demand (increase price until they can retain inventory), then everyone would buy from them at a point when they could afford it and scalpers would have zero opportunity to scalp because the public price would be the same as the private price.
A: Email alerts are the worst. Scalpers and bots will just spam their emails and get a bunch of the cards. I much prefer the waiting and refreshing game for the drop than getting stuck on a waitlist behind a load of scammers that are unloading the cards on eBay for $2,500 a pop
