Needed a really good power supply that was reliable. That would power up an RTX4080 this power supply did not disappoint. I believe it had a total of four dedicated rails that would go to the power supply, which is insane, but the 480 needs three dedicated rails in order to power up the GPU and this PSU did it with ease. I built two custom builds back in December for a customer of mine for his kids for Christmas. They were roughly 3200 each and this power supply is what I used for both builds.

Exactly what I needed. Powerful, and reliable! I’m satisfied to say the least, especially after my previous power supply was shorting out. After getting this one, my shorting issues have seemed to be resolved. Recommended if your in the market for a new one.

Used to power a Nitro+ 7900 XTX and an AMD 7700x, with no problem. (I have the 850w version of this power supply). Only mild complaint was that it all the 6+2 PCIe cables are the double/split type, so those slightly get in the way. Not a big deal though.

Bought this PSU back in 2023, were almost in 2026, Ive still have had {Zero Issue's} i have even swapped it to my new heavier build still no issues or withdraws! Would 10/10 buy this product again if the one i bought/have goes out!

Great power supply fully modular and can meet all your needs. This ps is a must with newer graphic cards 30 and 40 series need the juice and if you have multiple fans.

I put this in my cousins PC that they asked me to build them. I always choose EVGA brand when it comes to PSU. They never let me down. I have a 1000watt EVGA GT in my PC. Great PSU very quiet and it being fully modular is a huge + for cable management. Only have to use the cables you need. Highly Recommend.

First time building a PC and love that this PSU is modular meaning you only connect the cables you need for the parts you need. so that way you don't have a cobweb disaster of cables in your PC. the Gold rating of course is needed, and is of good quality, glad I purchased this from my trusted BestBuy!

Circa 2012-2013 PC (with upgrades) needed just a bit more power, and perhaps some easier cable management. Replaces an Antec 650W. I could not be more pleased! Worked as expected it would! If you must know... ASUS Sabertooth 990FX R2.0...

Works perfectly, I haven’t had any issues with it and love how the cords can be unplugged from the back of the power supply if you’re not using it!

Running AMD Rayzen 7 5800x and RX 6800 XT. EVGA always makes good stuff. It includes everything you need and is easy to install. Here are some of the pros and cons of the power supply: Pros: 80 Plus Gold certified Auto Eco Mode Fully modular design 7-year warranty Cons: It can be a bit noisy at full load Not the cheapest power supply on the market Overall, Im impressed with the EVGA GT Series 850W, an excellent option for a high-quality power supply. It is a bit expensive, but they back it up with a 7-year warranty.

The power cables ends are not flat. I had to angle my ssd to compensate for the L shape. What a chore.Other than that, the psu is cool and quiet.

Great modular PSU especially if you're an experienced Builder gives you tons of options.
