The members of the sextet were John and George Kuse, Phil Sanchez, Joel Feldman, Denis Kestenbaum and Chuck Epstein. After an unfortunate turn of events brought the group to a halt, Bobby Miller, owner of the Bobby and Old Timer Records labels, purchased and released demos of Helene (Your Wish Came True) and a fast version of Sunday Kind of Love on a 45 with the name of the demised outfit changed to The Excellons. .
