Q: what does it mean playstation 4 disc must be kept in the playstation 5 ???
A: Usually when you're playing a digital game you don't need to have a disc inserted. For Far Cry 6, when you get the PS4 disc version and upgrade to the PS5 version which would be the PS5 digital version, you would still have to have the PS4 physical disc in the system to play the PS5 digital version. It's only a minor inconvenience.
Q: Why is there a season pass for a single-player game?
A: This just refers to the fact that you will get all major DLC when released (3 story plus more)
A: The code came with my game inside the disc case. Entered it on PSN store and had no issues

A: Yes, you get all 3 DLC packs for free with this, plus the Far Cry Blood Dragon remake
