Farah - John Kameel Farah: Time Sketches - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

Sono Luminus is proud to Two Lutes Lute Duets from England's Golden Age, a wonderful collection of enchanting music performed by lute virtuosos Ronn McFarlane and William Simms. GRAMMY-«-nominated lutenist, Ronn McFarlane strives to bring the lute - the most popular instrument of the Renaissance - into today's musical mainstream and make it accessible to a wider audience. Recently, Ronn has been engaged in composing new music for the lute, building on the tradition of the lutenist/composers of past centuries. Williams Simms is an active performer of early music. Equally adept at lute, theory and baroque guitar, he appears regularly with the Bach Sinfonia, Apollo's Fire, Harmonious Blacksmith, and the Baroque Chamber Orchestra of Colorado. Album Tracks 1. It is a point in which all physical laws are indistinguishable from one another and where space and time merge and cease to have any independent meaning. In cosmogony it is the most primal aspect of God. For the band the word levitates somewhere between divinity and the Big Bang. Monad was first released in November 2020 on CD through Aesthetic Death and cassette via Tartarus records. The was accompanied by a livestream of the band performing Monad in it's entirety. Six months after it's initial , with the world slowly opening up, the vinyl of Monad is coming in cooperation with Tartarus Records. Presented as a double LP-set housed in a heavy gatefold, showcasing Niels Verwijk's gripping, original album artwork brilliantly.
