It is smaller than what I imagine by the picture but once compared to the one I was throwing away, it compares. It took 3 weeks before it was taken out box and utilized. The setup was simplistic once I figured out the wheels you push in instead and screw. YouTube helped with that because the information booklet was not helpful with that part. Compared to the shredder I had before this one (had it for approx 10 years), this one has less of a loud machine sound, more refine sound. The micro cut is very good. I have only tried 6-7 pieces of paper at at time-did well. The shred time to wait time could be longer. No paper jams. My initial use I shred 3/4 13 gallon trash bag. I will keep it but too pricey for all the plastic and manual operation.

I am very happy with this purchase as I had bought two other brands that I did not care for. Chose this one as an exchange and I am very happy I chose this shredder.
