This iron works great and is easy to handle. Best buy has the best price on it, almost half of what other places were selling it for. Only issue I have with it is the plastic the handles are made of don't seem very strong. No issues yet but will see how it wears.

Best straightener I have ever had.I have very thick hair, and this straightener did the job of eliminating frizz

I have thick gray wavy (with frizz) shoulder length hair and this styling iron works to reduce the frizz, smooth my hair and straighten my crazy haphazard waves without scorching my skin or hair. it's easy to turn on/off. quick to heat up. the light stops blinking when it's reached the selected temperature. there is a little dial to adjust the temperature. without my eyeglasses, i can't see the numbers but that is a minor inconvenience.

I read some good reviews on Google and the FHI website about this flat iron. So I was really excited to try it when it came in. But after one use, it did nothing that a cheaper tourmaline flat iron would be able to do. And the white lettering on it came right off. Needless to say, I returned it the next day. Maybe I'll try the CHI brand.

Fhi flat iron conquered my wild frizzy hair super fast, and didn't leave it fried and dull, instead silky and smooth. I'm going to try their hair dryer next.

I love how shiny and silky these flat irons get my hair... However the auto shut off system is very annoying
