Don’t buy for extra content

Bought the game thinking I would get all the extra content for FUT that is shown in the pictures above and I haven’t gotten ANYTHING outside of the 4600 FIFA Points. Contacted EA that told me to contact XBOX, now xbox is telling me to contact Best Buy. Told hours on phone 3 so far

No extra perks for pre ordering

I did not get the extras you are supposed to get for pre-ordering. EA says to check work best buy, but people are not having luck with this.

I bought this game before the august cut off for the bonuses. I got the game got no OTW or TOTW I ASSUME I WONT GET THE HERO CARD EITHER. I’ve gone back and forth with Best Buy And Ea nothing. Literally a joke it’s 120 special edition game and the second picture shows all of the extra content and you don’t get any of it.

Ripped me off. Bought early for my fiance and is missing the added perks. Contacted fifa and they arent doing anything to help with it either.
