This movie was so sweet. He and Kate are so good together. I loved the relationship with him and Peter. So cute. This is where his childlike side came throughout this movie. Sad ending.

The dvd arrived well packaged and in good condition. I've enjoyed watching this film again after a long absence in my viewing timeline. Great performances, excellent extra features.

Great story line where Johnnie Dep falls for family life that strikes creativity in an otherwise failing play writer. brilliant. Have some hankies available.

Wonderful story, great acting, one of Depps best films

Johnny Depp and his eccentric roles is one of my favorite things about Hollywood. This movie is no exception. Although I admit that this is not the type of movie you want to watch over and over again, it's an overly feel-good movie the first time. Unlike the many, many remakes of Peter Pan...this one tells a different story. This is about a playwright (Depp) and the events in his life that inspire him to create the play Peter Pan. The character Peter is based on a sad, solemn little boy the playwright meets and the Lost boys are based on the boy Peter's playful brothers. It's a touching story from beginning to end. Kids will get impatient and bored a few times in this movie. It's a bit too deep for most kids, but it can be considered a family film.

This movie was a real surprise, as I expected a fantastic fairytale good only for my child. A very sensible drama of two families interwoven and directly connected to the genial imagination of a not so successful (until then) playwriter, have put toghether a very good movie. Sometimes, childish dreaming could become very helpful, even in the real life.

Really good movie, both entertaining to the kids and us. Would recommend.
