Q: Does this come with listed “features” (ie weights)?
A: Yes! The FLEX includes the bench itself and all of the accessories (6 sets of dumbbells, 2 kettlebells, 1 slam ball).
Q: Where does one get the fit bands for this bench?
A: We got ours directly from Fitbench. We got the fit bands and the glutey bands and they are great quality and worth the purchase.
Q: Can this be kept outside on a patio?
A: They offer outdoor covers that are weather proof
