A: I've gone through 3 chargers in just over 3 years and am now on my 4th replacement. The pins on the charger are very fragile and easily damaged. Have not seen any warranty information nor have I seen this issue being addressed by Fitbit. I have ordered replacements directly from Fitbit as well as through Best Buy. Not sure if chargers come directly from Fitbit or a third party provider.
Q: Is this fitbit charger compatibile with the Fitbit Versa 4?
A: I forgot mine on a trip out of state and had to purchase this for my Versa 4. It worked with no issues at all.
Q: Is this compatible with Versa 2 as well?
A: It will not charge the versa 2. does not hold the same
Q: Is this charger magnetic to assure a great connection?
A: absolutely holds great. Even holds up to the 4 year old grandkid!!!
