Mix your exercise and leisure time with this FitDesk recumbent bike desk. The grip-top workspace and tablet holder provide a stable platform for books, tablets or laptops, and the built-in cup holder prevents spills while pedaling. The adjustable frame on this FitDesk recumbent bike desk lets you choose from three positions for personal comfort.
A: Stability’s: So I’m 6 foot 1, probably 210 pounds and haven’t noticed any stability issues. Feel very safe even at a brisk peddle. Accessories: I think you can get a cup holder accessory that also makes the desk wider. That’s all they mentioned in the manual at least. Computer: The included cycling computer measures time, distance, calories burned and speed. It doesn’t have a heart rate monitor so I think it’s just guessing on the calories based on how fast you’re peddling. For what it’s worth my Apple Watch says I burn more calories during a workout than the cycling computer.
Q: can you change the seat like you can on a regular bike?
A: Yes, you can change the seat on this product like you can on a regular bike.
Q: Was assembly required if so was it difficult?
A: No not at all The parts are a bit heavy as the unit is well made but assembly of the entire unit with breaks took less than an hour keep the manual handy for referance but common sense tells you how to put it together
A: This bike have a knob to adjust the resistance level. It's fine.
