Little disappointed about this phone

Sometimes when I’m on the phone, I can’t hear what the other is saying. There is noise in the background. I brought it back to Best Buy and the technician I had too many saved things so he deleted them. I thought my problem was solved, but no it isn’t. I’m disappointed. Still have same problem.

Squared case, heavy and makes your phone feel like you’re carrying around a brick. Not easy to hold and grip. Beautiful case colors, but I chose to return as it was way to expensive to keep when I didn’t love it.

It’s good but was disappointed in the quality- thought it’d be thicker and more hefty while still looking cute but it’s a paper encased in plastic.
