Red wines are stored between 10C/50F and 18C/65F, while white wines are stored between 4C/40'F and 10C/50F. Temperatures are selected by touching up or down on the electronic control inside the unit. The racks can be removed for storing larger design bottles or volume bottle styles such as magnums. The two stainless-steel lined drawers can store anything you normally would put in a refrigerator, even fruit at a higher temp to keep the flavor and juices ready for any beverage.
