Delighted!
Lovely European style convection oven/range. We selected this because Forno is the only company that offers French door access to the oven. None of the legacy brands have this feature in a free standing unit. Wife happy, I'm happy.

Forno Fridge failed in under two years
We purchased our Forno fridge for our new home and within less than 20 months the dial in the front went out and a few weeks later the fridge stopped cooling. We filed with Forno's customer service which has no phone number to contact. You have to email and wait for customer service. We contacted Forno Dec. 28 2023 and its now 12/2/2024 and still don't have a replacement. Forno told us we have to hang on to the old one to get a new one so they can swap the unit out. So we have this huge fridge sitting in our garage taking up space. We still don't have an eta on when our replacement fridge will arrive and they do not offer a refund only a replacement. If you deal with a Forno product get ready to add a lot of stress and frustration to your life. Their customer service is basically no existent. So disappointed in this company and what they've put us through

Love my new oven
I purchased this in October. It took a bit to get used to the French door closing and opening. But I know am used to it and rather like it. I had reached out to the maker of the oven with a concern because the back left burner never got hot. They responded the next day and let me know it is a warmer and will never get hot. Had I read the manual, I would have known this. That error is totally on me. The representative couldn't have been any nicer. All in all I really like the stove. I would recommend it to anyone without any reservation. It is really built sturdy
