Great unit! I was a little concerned about the vent that only faces up but the cool air gets through my entire mobile home even though the unit is in the hallway. Sooo cool! The unit is super quiet also. I like that the unit shuts off when it reaches temperature then kicks on again. I believe this will help the electric bill. Super happy! This is just a wonderful unit!

This is a GREAT ac! We replaced our old one as it was just way too hot in our upstairs bedroom, even with our old ac working all day and night. This one does the job and some! It’s always icy cold. So many options, the remote is fantastic, it looks a better than some of the other eye sores.

Theres no way to change the direction of the air except up or straight forward, the controller is excellebt and otherwise the unit is great. The vents close automatically to help keep the cool air in once the unit is powered off which is a nice touch.

So far so good. The AC unit seems to be working quite well. It's actually cooling an area bigger then what is recommended for. I like the sleeker design. The remote is nice to have as well.

Good window AC. I had purchased this one to replace my 14k btu portable ac and well it performed better than my portable AC that is for sure. it wasn't up to what i was looking to do though and that was simply because i needed more btu's for my open living room kitchen area where this was installed.

It cools very good. Only problem i have had is after i clean the filter , the clean filter light will not go off.
