A: Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. I'm hoping more manufacturer's come out with glass touch pads which are easier to clean and much more modern. You have a larger model with a touchpad but it has that huge door that opens the entire front face.

Works Great!
We had an older model that came with our home five years ago. This microwave was slightly bigger. Cooks/warming works as expected. Can fit bigger items with the extra space. Looks good.

The guys who delivered and installed it from Pacific Express were great, took no time at all. The only negative, is this microwave has a stark cool light, my old one was a warm light
