I picked up this basic ac since my digital unit kicked the bucket this year. I was a little worried at first that it wouldn't be enough to cool my 600 sq. ft. garage, but I have to say I am pleasantly surprised! My garage is cooler than ever!

This air conditioner was easy to install. It is lightweight and cools a room very well. It does not use up a lot of electricity.

Bought this for my child's college apartment bedroom. It was easy to install, and works great. As the cool weather starts, it will be easy to remove and store.

Very quiet and easy to set up. I power it with a portable generator during extended power outages.

Works great and is easy to set-up. Only bad thing is the bottom brace of the unit won’t fit in my window sill. I had to use an abrasive blade to cut a 1/4” off the rail so it would fit perfectly.

Small unit for like bedroom. Cheapest, smallest unit I had last summer that never failed. Outlasted bigger n more expensive units! So bought another since others died young life span.

Small college apartment was chilled in about an hour. Only good for small rooms but fairly quiet and not too heavy. Highly recommend for the price and quality.

I bought this unit because it was the only one that would fit my window in my bedroom. The room is about 250 sq ft. And it cools the room to just the right temp. I only was able to use 1 bracket and filled in any openings with the included weather seal.

Bought two of these a couple months ago and they are working quite well. Didn't want something too big as they were going into bedrooms and 5000 BTUs is just the right size. They don't have a fancy LCD readout but the manual controls they have are fine and the price point was easy on the wallet.

I bought this ac for my son's room. I cools the room very quickly. I havent had any issues and plan to purchase another one for my daughter's room because hers isnt working as good anymore

I am not a fanatic on too much AC and it being cold. I love summer and the warmth but I don't like being hot. This unit worked perfect for my medium size one bedroom. It's in the living room cooling just enough. If I need to cool down in the bedroom, I just turn the fan on to circulate the cool air

Purchased on sale for kitchen (due to LOTS of heat when cooking) Item arrived well before indicated delivery date, well packaged. Easy to install -- not too heavy. Craftsmanship: seems well made, rear housing is metal (which is expected), front housing is plastic, which can be an issue if not careful when installing, removing and cleaning. Effectiveness: cools quickly and maintains temperature; is loud on high levels (fan and ac), vent openings is limited in positioning which I think is a drawback. (I don't recommend using in bedroom due to how loud unit can become.)

We use this for a bedroom that is about 120sg/ft. It's very quiet and cools the room down quickly. On high, it will get very cold.

Does a great job at keeping room cool. Easy to install noise level mild.
