I guess this oven works fine, but I'm no "foodie." The reason this gets one star is the appearance is different than advertised. I ordered this in October and after it was installed I thought the installers left a piece of trim off. Nobody could seem to send me just the missing trim piece, so I had to do a full return and replace. Best Buy customer service could not receive a photo, so the amount of frustration and number of phonecalls where I had to explain the CRAP out of it every time, anew, was unimaginable. The oven was backordered so the soonest they could get out to replace it was February. October to February, waiting for a replacement oven that didn't look undone. Today they were here, and guess what? There were no missing pieces. To see what the oven ACTUALLY looks like, please see the photo I added. It looks rougher and unfinished. Industrial is a style choice, but this oven's roughed-out bottom doesn't match the rest of the plain white oven look. This photo from Frigidaire is wrong in all pictures of this particular oven from different stores. This isn't Best Buy's fault, but it's not acceptable. Idk if I'm going to keep the oven, because I don't know if I'm willing to sit with paying the price of a new oven that looks halfway installed in my kitchen FOREVER. This is just the weirdest. What gives, Frigidaire? Please see the pic I uploaded of what it really looks like side-by-side compared to what Frigidaire is selling that it looks like.

After waiting 10 weeks for delivery, the oven was delivered with a clearly visible manufacturing defect. The inside window had not been screwed down and it was outside of the frame that is supposed to hold it, leaving a 2" gap at the top. So you could reach through the gap and touch the outside window from the inside of the door. The insulation batting in the door was exposed on the inside of the door. Called the 1 -800 for Electrolux, which is nothing but a automated phone system that directs you to local repair shops. Called one the shops listed for Dallas. The number was disconnected. Called another shop in a nearby suburb. After providing them proof of purchase, they sent a repairman who disassembled, added screws, and reassembled the oven door. There was no charge for the service as the oven was brand new and I had provided proof of purchase. When I initially called Best Buy, they offered to replace the oven since it had been less than 15 days, but they had none in stock and no forecast on when one would be available. Very disappointing experience for a >$1000 expenditure after waiting 10 weeks.

Our old GE wall oven stopped working so we decided to purchase this Frigidaire. We have been using it for 4 months now. Here are the pros and cons Pros - Heats up fairly quickly - Stable temperature - good controls - No longer burning the bottom of foods (i,e. cookies) - Simple controls Cons - The fan is pretty noisy and runs from the moment you start it until the unit cools off... - For some reason, the oven door doesn't have a detent for broil mode. You have to "kind of open it some an find the sweet spot" Overall we are ok with the purchase. Wish the fan was quieter...

This wall oven is lovely and simple to use. I like that the bottom element isn't exposed making it easier to store the pans I use the most inside of it. It cooks perfectly and has just enough features without being too difficult to use. It was affordable and looks extremely expensive all done up in black glass. My kitchen cabinets are white, and the new stovetop is black glass, so this really goes well together.

A bit noise, but overall satisfied. Love the look of the stainless steel and black. Added much more value to our home.

We bought the oven because our oven died during the pandemic and it was the only one we could find in 27”. Although the designated size of this oven is 27” like our previous Whirlpool oven, the interior is markedly narrower inside. Our large baking sheets and muffin pans don’t fit. The outside attachment dimension is slightly smaller but it worked after I fabricated clips to hold it in place. It bakes as it should and works well. It took 4 month to arrive but everything seems to be on back order.

My wife shattered our oven door and I was in desperate need of an oven because the oven was damaged 3 weeks before thanksgiving and using this oven for the turkey was awesome. It works like a charm only annoying thing is the fan that cools the oven I wish they made them quieter but I heard that thats normal on all electric ovens. But not a big deal.

Giving four stars because it takes awhile for this oven to heat up since it is a convection oven. Otherwise it bakes evenly. It was a welcome addition to our kitchen after getting rid of our 25 yearold oven.

This is oven is LOUD. I read others reviews that mentioned the noise level but thought they were exaggerating. They weren’t. This thing is unbearable to be in the same room with. Due to my narrow opening, I was very limited in choices. In fact, if I had other options I would return this in a heartbeat. Other than that, everything else about it is just mediocre. It takes forever to warm up and there are no other special features worth noting.

The wiring on this one (as opposed to the one we replaced) was in a totally different place which made installation difficult. It was quite and ordeal. The oven is great now that it is installed.

Works great, heats fast. Looks great in the house. Would recommend a bigger oven but for my space it's perfect.

I bought this oven in May 2021 and by Feb. 2022 it would no longer heat up all the way. I spent 4 hours at what was suppose to be 375 degrees trying to cook a 3 lb chicken. It only cooked it about 1/2 way. At the 4 hour mark (should have been done in 1 hour) I took it out of the oven and cooked it another way. I am very disappointed that the oven did not even last one year. For as much as this costs you would expect a longer lifespan. My last oven, a Maytag, lasted over 10 years.

A basic but good oven. It will do all that I want it to do.

Its okay. It takes forever to heat up and so, I find myself not using it as much as I used my old oven. But, its very pretty and it was the only 27 inch with a small enough cut out to fit the cabinet.

Perfect fit, clean and modern look, great price. I needed to replace our convection wall oven and wasn't looking to spend a ton of money. I didn't think I was going to be able to match my other appliances so well but this one did the trick. It looks perfect. The Best Buy team helped me out, my fiancé and I were in and out of the store within 30 minutes. Oven paid for and install scheduled. Everything was super easy and i could not be more pleased with my purchase. Thank you for making it so easy. And this oven is perfect for what I use it for.

Only had it about a week but it seems to bake well. I really like how it looks, part stainless steel and part black.

Nice oven. it was easy to install and most importantly...my wife likes it.

The "Excellent" rating is reflective of the price, installation, and appearance of the wall oven. We never actually used it. We had it installed in our house after we moved out and just before we put the house on the market. So, the appearance of the oven gets five stars. How well it works is up to the new homeowner to determine.
