We had a Frigidaire before this one and loved it. We needed to get another because the fridge part was not keeping cool like it should. We saw a Samsung that was on sale and took the chance. So sorry we did. That fridge did not last 3 days and neither freezer nor the fridge would get down to temp. We returned the Samsung and found this gem. Although ice and water dispensers on the front are nice, we voted against it. This fridge did not take long to get down to temperature. We have the fridge part at 37° which is where we like it. And the freezer got cold almost as fast. The area inside the fridge is huge, and holds all of our food items and then some. The ice maker in the freezer makes enough ice and doesn not take long to make it. Over all, we will stick with Frigidaire from now on. We highly recommend this product.

This would be 5 stars BUT the plastic shield that covers the entire fridge was a complete hassle, other than that the fridge is solid but wow never in my life have I been annoyed with this protective plastic they could of used a different method but the protection is so great that the plastic is hard to take off!!

Originally bought this refrigerator but it was delivered with a large dent on the front and a small one on the side. It is not fingerprint resistant, so you can easily see handprints on it. I ended up replacing it with a Samsung refrigerator, which appears to be better quality.

Extremely happy with the purchase. Plenty of space, lighting illuminates every corner of both freezer and refrigerator so items can't hide. Controls simple to use and conveniently located on the left French door. The drawer freeze provide convenience and storage space with a top slider and divided lower cabinet to separate meats and frozen vegetables or meals.

Frigidaire has really poor manufacturing process and quality checks. Could not install the door shelves because the door was bent, had to get GeekSquad support but they couldn't order the door because Frigidaire did not release the part number. It took 2-3 months of talking to Frigidaire to get a new door shipped. Read other reviews and seems like bent door is a common issue

This is a BIG fridge. It took a shoe horn to get this big mammajamma through the door, but wow does it have a lot of space! We got this as a secondary fridge for our store room and are so impressed with it, we wish it was in our kitchen. Unfortunately we can only fit a counter depth in our kitchen. This fridge is NOT counter depth. Make sure you measure where it goes. If it will fit it’s definitely worth it. This fridge is beautiful and high quality. Did I mention spacious? We love it and would buy it again.

Best Buy just lost a long time customer. We bought this refrigerator during Black Friday for our new home that wasn’t completed yet. We finally install the refrigerator yesterday and the left door doesn’t shut properly, the stainless steel on the same door is wavy and looks dented because the wave is so bad and there’s a huge dent on the back that pinches the water line. Best Buy will not exchange the defective refrigerator since it’s outside of the window. Never again!

If I could give this negative stars I would , I had this refrigerator delivered yesterday I Ordered it in plenty of time for the holiday Had it delivered a week before Thanksgiving (11/16) plugged it in for 24 hours and it’s not cooling . Called Best Buy and the soonest they can get me a new refrigerator delivered is not till December 5. I guess we will just have Thanksgiving next year. Now I completely understand that every once in a while there’s a product that just doesn’t work, but …..You would think when they have product malfunctions like this especially a very needed product in a home like a refrigerator they would have better means to get replacements out to you more quickly.

Doors didn't close well. Called for warranty, tech came and said he had solved it. Issue not solved, currently awaiting replacement unit

The fridge is solid but the plastic really causes problems. Be sure to check your seals when taking the plastic off. We also noticed a lot of scratches on the inside of the doors from the plastic or the manufacturer.

This thing was too big and couldn't fit through the doorway. Best buy should have arranged for a pre-site measurement before convincing me to make the purchase. Total waste of time!
