The water dispenser leaked when refrigerator was installed. I chose to purchase another refrigerator with Best Buy.

That’s especially frustrating because a brand-new refrigerator should be working properly from the very start, without any issues like that needing to be addressed immediately.
I can understand how concerning it must have been to see leaking during setup, and how that would understandably lead you to lose confidence in the unit and ultimately choose to go in a different direction with Best Buy. When something doesn’t perform correctly right out of the box, it takes away from the trust and peace of mind you expect with a new appliance purchase.
While leaks at installation can sometimes be related to connection fittings or water line installation, it still should have been identified and resolved quickly, so you weren’t left dealing with that situation at all.
