I recently bought this for my daughter's bedroom apartment. It works great and does an excellent job. The one before this was also a Frgidaire, but this one is definitely quieter! (You may see black spikes on back of AC. That is to repel pigeons.)

Great air conditioner! Very happy with how well it cools bedroom and does it very quickly. The remote works really well too. The only negative was the screws and other hardware were missing from the box.

Very happy with my Frigidaire window ac. Works great keeping room cool. I already owned a Frigidaire wall ac and was very happy with it. Love the filter which is removable and easy to clean.

Absolutely GREAT little air conditioner. Remote works and the eco feature is perfect. My old air conditioner ran all night, and this turns off when the temperature hits your desired temp. Cools my 200 sq ft. room nicely.

Purchased for use in a small bedroom to replace an almost identical Kenmore unit that stopped cooling after many years of use. Does a very good job cooling, even on 90+ degree days. Controls are easy to use. Very satisfied so far.

It is super loud! It makes different noises throughout the night (whirring and almost like a grinding sound). My old ac was much quieter.

So, the Canadians are Eco-friendly people. That's good! But, this air conditioner is really bad. If I lived in Canada where it never gets very hot, it might suffice. However, I live in Oklahoma. It's already in the 80's and it's only April. I've tried every setting. I endured it last year, but don't want to this year. I keep it on the lowest setting but it never cools the room. The compressor has begun to squeal. I chat with Best Buy to see what can be done. I can trade in this poor product for a fraction of the money I spent on it to get a different brand that will actually do what it's supposed to.

This was never delivered. I had to change to another brand to get a/c during this hot period. Best But did this to me with my refrigerator delivery a few years ago. Everyone is polite but you don't get your product on time

This a/c is compact and easily installed. So far, it seems to do a good job cooling about 250 sq ft. It is also surprisingly quiet. The electrical cord has a bulky plug with a built-in ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) device. My old house does not have grounded wiring with 3-prong receptacles. I’m hoping this will not cause a problem.
