Works great. Quiet and does not freeze up like my old one. Adjustable. Makes for easy use. Only issue I have is the bucket. Hard to empty when full without spilling. Would be nice if it would shut off when bucket was not quite so full.

This has been a great upgrade—it is much quieter than our old Kenmore. A hose hooks up easily to the port, but before I got a hose, using & emptying the collection container was not a problem. The filter is easy to clean. Six months in, I’ve found this to be an excellent purchase.

We love the Frigidaire dehumidifier! It is efficient and so QUIET. The best part, though, was Best Buy’s free shipping to Hawai’i and quick delivery along with their pricing. It was such a relief to have found the BEST BUY among their competitors. FYI, this brand was recommended by Wirecutter.

This is a great product! My basement was wet from all the rain and the old sump stopped working we didn’t know it . Bought this and it cleared every up including the musty smell !

I hate it. I’ve had it for 30 days, and it has not removed one bit of humidity. Plus, it throws a lot of hot air into the room out of the top vent. I it is a small room and I keep it running most of the day, but still doesn’t help. My office used to be dry and cool with our previous item of a different brand, but now it is humid and warm. I’d return it for a different one, but it’s been a month today and past the 10-day period. Why does BB only give 10 days when all other stores I shop give 30? No more BB purchases for me. I have a warranty but what good is that if it doesn’t work or will allow me to get a different one?

Hi, Dantheman! We are not pleased to learn the dehumidifier isn't working well for you. It is normal for the unit to produce heat while in operation. Please ensure there is a minimum of 12 inches clearance around the dehumidifier as it will need sufficient clearance to operate. In addition, please see page 10 in the Owner's Manual for additional tips.
