Broken Upon Delivery
I enjoy the light in the freezer, the enclosed bottoms on the door shelves, and the full fridge width shelf. But it was delivered defective. When we open the door, the tempeture control unit changes on its own, beeping like crazy. It displays that the new filter is needing replaced and sometimes just turns the whole fridge off. When we close the door, you can hear the temperature control beeps still adjusting. When you close one door, the other pops open. If you dont push the door hard enough, it will bounce back open. It is unpredictable and we risk loosing our food because the replacement cant be delivered for 6 days. You would think with children they would give us a even a temporary replacement today. But I will never trust Frigidaire for these reasons and i am disappointed in Best Buy.

Frig elegant& roomy/Best buy install issue
product was good. It looks sleek with the no handle and fits more than similar size 17 cubic feet with handle. Easy to adjust shelf/ Has air filter. Roomy freezer. Beware Best Buy delivery install was awful and still unresolved. I could see on a dishwasher or microwave an install problem but never expected this mess, still unresolved. They had to switch the door side. The door makes a noise not sure right. I am not tall so I did not see till over a week later they never saved the plugs to use in the holes from the switch. so I have 4 holes on frig I paid 1000+. for. Did not communicate in English. Walking out the door gave me a part and told me to hang on to it. I asked to explain and they did not have English skills to , just said save it. Waiting on Best buy to send someone out. I was supposed to get a window of time tonight for tomorrow and I did not.
