Q: Where can I buy another versa -tray?

A: It is part number 154581202 and available from Electrolux Customer Service. They may give you the number in the store for the Geek Squad to order it, but the GS not able to even figure out the part number. Through Twitter I got help and could get the part from Frigidaire/Electrolux directly. Frigidaire says the Versa-tray no longer comes with the washer which is contrary to what is on their website and the BB website at this time.

Q: I need a versa basket for my dishwasher model FGHD2465NF1A.

A: Buy it yourself: Mine didn't come with one either.

Q: Is there a pre-heated wash cycle, and if so, to what temperature?

A: I don't have that on my model so I will have to say no.

Q: Is the inside stainless steel

A: No it is not stainless. It is a light grey plastic.

Q: How much water does a cycle use?

A: Water Usage: 4.9 - 8.5 Gallons. Thank you, Frigidaire
