Boiling requires a cooktop or stovetop with a direct heating element, which this oven does not include. A: Yes, the menu provides separate controls for the upper and lower ovens, so each oven has it's own timer.
A: Yes, this oven has like 10 different cooking modes, some of which are just very basic modes like a normal oven has. If you want to be able to do something like air fry in both the top and bottom oven, be sure to confirm this is possible before you buy because on some brands and models, only one oven can air fry. This particular oven (GCWD3067AF) can do all modes in both ovens, except for the modes that use the temperature probe - on this oven only the top oven can use the temperature probe.
Q: Can an additional telescoping rack be installed?
A: Yes, you can purchase and install extra telescoping (aka rolling) racks. This double oven (GCWD3067AF) comes with one telescoping rack and 5 regular racks. The sides of the telescoping rack are about 2 inches taller than on the regular rack. So while a regular rack takes up one rack slot, the sliding rack takes up two rack slots, with the top of the telescoping rack sitting at about the height of the upper of the two rack slots. It works but it's not the most optimal design because when installed in the lowest possible position, the rack surface sits about 2 inches higher than it would be if you just used a regular rack. If you're going to go to the expense of purchasing extra racks, you might want to just spend the extra money up-front on a higher-end oven instead.... If you just want a basic oven, then this is the oven for you.
Q: what does "total" convection mean?
A: There is no heating element. It only uses hot air to cook.

Great value. Very nice double oven.
Absolutely love this double oven. The features are amazing. I purchased the air fry tray and it works perfect. This unit takes place of so many different kitchen appliances. The quick preheat and the preprogrammed preset temps are also great features. Looks very nice in kitchen as well. We previously had a Wolf Oven and I was worried I would miss my Wolf. So many features and baked great there's nothing to miss.

Great product, Easy to install, Easy to use, Roomy
Absolutely awesome oven. Would definitely buy again. First, it's a beautiful addition to my kitchen. Easy to install. Easy to use. Multiple cook setting including airfry for cleaner eating. We bake most of our foods and this oven makes life so much easier. We also have a large family, so the double airfry/ convection was absolutely the right choice. We have had it installed and been using approximately 6 months now and I could not be happier with my purchase. If you are on the fence about this purchase, just do it! You wont regret it.

Great purchase
This oven took a few months to arrive due to chain supply issues. I replaced an old Frigidaire Electrolux unit with the same brand. I didn’t have to modify the existing hole. It fits perfectly. A couple of my favorite favorites are the no pre heat feature and the air fryer. It also has two ways of self cleaning, steam and heat. Good buy and looks upscale.
