A: Hi June! Thank you for your question about model GCRE3060BF. For the smooth glass cooktop, we recommend using a flat-bottom griddle that is specifically labeled as safe for glass cooktops, such as heavy aluminum or stainless steel with a smooth, non-warped base; avoid rough cast iron unless it is enameled and perfectly smooth to prevent scratching. For air frying, a compatible option is the Frigidaire ReadyCook™ 30" Air Fry Tray, which sits on the oven rack and allows proper air circulation, typically with a sheet pan placed underneath to catch drippings. If you prefer not to use the tray, a dark, low-sided baking sheet can also work well with the oven’s Air Fry mode. — Reed
A: Hi Suse! The Frigidaire GCRE3060B range has an adjustable height, typically fitting standard countertop heights with a range from around 46 3/4 inches up to 47 3/4 inches, using its leveling legs to reach your desired height, aligning with the common 36-inch countertop height (allowing for base/floor variance). It comes with these adjustable feet (legs) to ensure it sits level and matches your counter. -Chris
Q: Does this come in a double oven setup?
A: No I don’t need it because I got the convection! You can place multiple items in the oven and …AND THERE IS NO FILAMENT EXPOSURE TO ACCIDENTALLY BRUSH YOUR GOOD OVEN MIT ON EITHER!! PRERTY NEAT, Huh?! M.Mander
Q: Can bake be used the same as a conventional oven?
A: Well the only difference I can tell is that you can’t have multiple items cooking simultaneously evenly because it is not heated air circulating! If I am going to use the entire oven for a turkey I’d probably use it.
A: Hi! Thank you for this inquiry and for reaching out. There's a minimum clearance to wall of 1 inch on either side of the range abobr 36" height. Please check out page 2, fig. 1, topic 1: Clearances And Dimensions of the installation instructions manual: https://content.syndigo.com/asset/2197599e-af83-4d2d-b34c-ffaa301967c5/original.pdf ~Juan
A: The front right side burner does NOT accommodate various sized pots and pans. It is a one size burner for what I would call a medium-large pot. It looks like it should be accommodating but it is NOT. When you place a large pot thinking the elements would all get hot, they do not. When you place a small pot on the burner the same amount of elements get hot and extend beyond the small pot's diameter. The knob is just an on and off knob and does not have any ability to vary the element heating size.
A: Induction ranges have special burners that only work with certain types of pots (have to be flat-bottomed and magnetic) but have an instant on and off cooking ability. The burner itself does NOT get hot but instead instantly heats up the pot with electromagnetic energy.

I wanted to love this range but the salesman made an error. I required that at least one burner be able to accommodate various sized pots. Although the right front burner looks like it can, the photos are deceiving. This is ONLY a large burner for larger pots and the circles are more decorative. If you place a small pot on the burner, it does not accommodate based on the size of the pot. Also, I doubt I would ever use the griddle option since the reviews of what type of griddle are so inconsistent, I fear scratching the glass. I love how quiet this range is even in convection mode. I also wish it came with three oven racks (like my previous Frigidaire range) so that the baking of cookies or roasting vegetables on three racks using convection could be done. Also, for some reason the oven door does not seem to close properly. It sticks out a bit at the top more than at the bottom. The installer took photos of this but never got back to me.

We replaced our Samsung after the top broke in just 6 months. The Frigidaire seems way better built. I really like the burner knobs being in the front. The fit and finish overall is awesome. The oven works incredibly well and I cannot be happier overall with the quality. We've had it now for a couple of months. Wish I had bought this in the first place!
