I spent over an hour between web and phone support. bestbuy sent me the wrong fridge I checked the model numbers. the door was dented in multiple spots I'm not the only one with door dents on the reviews. no help was given. i talked to over 5 different people. this is the first review I've ever made just don't want more people to get into this spot.

This compact fridge is just what we wanted/needed! It fits the area perfectly and adds an elegance with its warm stainless steel finish. The various interior storage areas in the door easily handle cans of beverages while also providing a shelf for larger items. The adjustable shelf in the central portion makes it ideal for larger, taller items. A GREAT purchase! Thanks, Best Buy.

Love this compact fridge. Cools fast and consistently, and roomy inside. I bought this because the regular one in my apartment broke suddenly & I needed a quick replacement. I'll be using this regularly.

It's dented, of course.

I was fore-warned regarding the packaging by the reviews I read. However, the packaging was fine, and should have protected the appliance during shipping. It did. However, there was a small dent on a part of the door protected by corner guards in the box, as well as a small scrape on the paint of one side. Clearly, those happened at the factory or someone re-boxed the product (the damage zones didn't match the box). The damage isn't really large enough to warrant going through the return process, Most likely, someone at the plant in China decided that they simply didn't care. Maybe, they don't make enough to care; maybe they aren't free enough to care. It's pretty common actually. I have an idea: maybe, let's stop buying things from people that don't care.

False advertising

The refrigerator arrived in impeccable condition, devoid of any blemishes or dents on its exterior packaging. Regrettably, it does not align with the refrigerator we originally ordered or as advertised. Aside from this discrepancy, I would rate the overall experience with 5 stars.

Very cool! Literally! Lol Its a great little fridge for the office. It does have a freezer and ice tray, but i mainly use it for the fridge poetion.

This is the second time I ordered this product the first time received was damaged returned it, ordered it again the second one was damaged also had to return it. Once I returned the first one i went to order it again out of stock, now it is out of stock again I want this product hopefully in stock again it wont be damaged also hopefully i wi get the same price

This is the second one I received both dented. First one was dented so bad and on the front door. This one is dented on the back of the refrigerator. i am keeping this one but not happy paying full price for a dented refrigerator
