Questions & Answers
Can I use a larger pan for air frying or do I have to use the one that comes with it?
Answered by FrigidaireSupportHi Tam, Thank you for reaching out to us! Please know that You can use any pan in an air fryer, provided that it’s ovenproof and it fits 1. The largest of pans specially made for air fryers tend to be about 8-9 inches at the widest dimension (or in diameter, for round pans), though a few are as large as 10 inches. The Frigidaire 1.9 cu ft Over the Range Microwave with Air Fry comes with a round air fry tray that is 10 inches in diameter. However, if you prefer to use a larger pan, you can use any ovenproof pan that fits inside the microwave and has a diameter of 10 inches or less. I hope this helps! - Owen
Is the light under the microwave bright?
Answered by FrigidaireSupportHi there, our valued customer! This model has surface cooking light and lighting type LED. -Chris
Just installed today and I am already seeing that the rattling that comes from closing the door normally is very noticeable. Is there a way to stop this professional level appliance from rattling so much?
Answered by FrigidaireSupportHi, WIbb! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how noticeable a rattle can be, especially on a new Professional Series appliance. Some vibration or rattling sounds may occur when the microwave door is closed due to the door latch and internal components engaging. To help minimize the noise, please ensure the unit is installed level and that the mounting hardware is secure, as loose installation components can sometimes amplify vibrations. If the rattling seems excessive, continues after the door is fully closed, or you notice any loose parts inside the cavity or door, we recommend contacting Frigidaire Customer Care so we can further evaluate the concern. -Angel
