The largest of pans specially made for air fryers tend to be about 8-9 inches at the widest dimension (or in diameter, for round pans), though a few are as large as 10 inches. The Frigidaire 1.9 cu ft Over the Range Microwave with Air Fry comes with a round air fry tray that is 10 inches in diameter. However, if you prefer to use a larger pan, you can use any ovenproof pan that fits inside the microwave and has a diameter of 10 inches or less. I hope this helps! - Owen
