    Great range

    Replaced my 15 year old Frigidaire Professional gas range with the induction and convection. Absolutely love the ease of cleaning, have been using it for 3 months, can’t complain of any fogging or scratching on the surface. Getting ready to sell my gas range because I was holding on to it just in case I hated the induction. Pots and Pans I thought were induction ready weren’t, so I did have to buy a whole new set. Highly recommend HexClad if you are in search of a great pot or pan.

    Poor Frigidaire Support

    When working, it is great. Unfortunately Frigidaire support is pretty lousy - so when not working is not good. Our oven went out about 8 months after purchase. We did get a Frigidaire repair person out in about a week - but he needed to order parts. He ordered parts and was to come back the next week when parts arrived (this was to occur mid-December). The parts had not arrived by following week and when my wife called, they scheduled for 6 weeks out (from mid December to late January)! We have since received parts (late December) and she has called trying to get someone out here earlier (they supposedly changed appointment but she just received text still showing late January) - we are still trying to get someone out here sooner. Went through xmas with no oven! Not happy about this or needing to keep contacting Frigidaire to get someone out here timely to finish fixing.
