Rated 2 out of 5 stars
Poorly packaged by manufacturer
Most of the discs have worked fine, and the sound and picture are superb. However, because the discs are stacked one on top of the other with those two overlapping two other stacked discs, some seemed to have been scratched. Its also incredibly annoying getting to the last disc in each season requires you to remove the three on top of it. The mechanism that they click onto also doesnt release them easily. You have to pull hard enough that they flex and could break to pull them off. I may consider buying a bunch of blank cases to store them in and throw the original cases away.

Questions & Answers

What does "Repackaged" entail? Are there more features in this version versus the regular "Game of Thrones: The Complete Collection 4k UHD" for $30 less?
This is what Google Gemini told me: The Packaging Nightmare The 2026 "Repackaged" version by GRUV is a budget release designed to take up less shelf space. To do this, they used a significantly thinner outer box and stacked the 4K discs directly on top of each other on the same plastic hubs. Because 4K Ultra HD Blu-rays have a much higher data density than standard Blu-rays, they are notoriously sensitive to the slightest surface imperfections. Physical media collectors have reported that these stacked discs frequently arrive scratched straight out of the box from sliding against one another during transit, which can cause the discs to skip, freeze, or fail to play entirely.
