Over priced GPS

I'm a first time GPS user. I found this unit to either be too difficult to figure out or unable to do some fundimental things. Was tring to set the units to yards and measure a few golf drives but could not make it do whay I wanted. Screen is too small as well. Pleanty of room within the housing for a larger one, but they choose not to I guess. Battery life is also poor. They will not even last a weekend of use. On they positive side, the LakeMaster maps for showing water depths worked quite well. Was very handy and effective when boating in new areas.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
