Love this refrigerator. The design is great...upper frig and lower freezer drawers. The light in the frig is great...we will never loseanything in the back. It fits the space and looks great in our smaller kitchen.
Delighted with this fridge; it's exactly what I need for my small kitchen. Yes, it has a small footprint and capacity, but it's so well designed that I really don't feel it. I'm amazed. (Full disclosure: I have always had a second fridge in my basement, so this isn't my only.) My previous fridge had an icemaker and I decided against ordering the add-on icemaker with this one (never a big fan of always-cloudy automatic ice.) I bought a small bag of commercial ice and dumped it in the clear sliding tray in the bottom drawer. That worked great, and then I found some small silicone ice cube trays. I can easily fit two and still have 3/4 of the clear tray for loose ice. I refill the ice trays from my cold Brita pitcher and they freeze quickly. I no longer have to mess with the icemaker, nor stress over a potential sneak leak. (I'm sure someone can relate to that.) The front does seem to take to fingerprints more easily than my previous fridge, but it is also much easier to wipe them away. I keep a microfiber cloth in a drawer nearby and a quick, dry swipe makes the prints disappear. I had to work a lot harder to clean the stainless finish on my old LG fridge. About the only thing that I would improve is the self-close on the freezer drawers. My old freezer drawer pulled itself closed much more aggressively. The drawers on this fridge have to be nearly closed (maybe 1" or so away) in order for it to snap fully shut on its own. Once my muscle-memory adapts to the fact it needs more than a gentle nudge, it'll be OK, but that's about the only issue I've run into so far. The unit is level and the fridge door swings closed as it should; no issues there. One installation hitch: I needed to reverse the door swing and the left-hinge parts that were supposed to come with the unit, did not. It took a few phone calls to BB and GE to figure out whose responsibility it was. BB said it's a GE issue (which it clearly was) but GE bounced me around a bit between warranty and service. Since the unit was technically working fine, GE service said warranty; warranty said no, this is service. Back to BB, who got me to the right people at GE. The hinge parts were on backorder (which explains why they weren't included in the original box; COVID supply chain issues.) In the end, GE service stepped forward, the parts were taken care of and the doors reversed, at no cost. The GE technician who handled the service call was fabulous (thanks, Victor!) All in all, it was a minor inconvenience and everything ended well. In regard to Best Buy - the entire experience has been great. This was my first appliance purchase from BB and I will be back. The pre-sale, delivery/installation, and post-sale communications have been spot on and then some, and everyone was super helpful during the missing-hinge issue. My appliance go-to has either been Abt or Home Depot, and Best Buy wins hands down. (Abt is good, but Best Buy was...best.)

I love how compact this fridge is without sacrificing too much on space. The bottom drawer has separate climate controls which is really handy. Just be careful removing the protective film from the shelves and drawers as it ruined the finish on ours. I opened a case with Best Buy support and not surprisingly I have never heard back from them. We tried installing the recommended ice maker but the pieces do not fit the same way that the instructions show. However, this might just be because Best Buy sent us an open box item instead of new. Overall it's a bit pricey for a fridge, but to get a counter depth and narrow fridge, there's not a lot of options currently.
